The Ask: Owners Eric and Maggie–both with east coast roots, wanted to share their love of wood-fired pizza in an atmosphere that stepped away from the traditional pizza restaurant, offering guests a spirited space to share inspired pie’s and enjoy some of Paso’s most creative gin cocktails.

Insight & Approach: Wine country can take itself a bit too seriously, so we wanted to give locals a place that lightened the mood. A rabbit delivering fresh herbs on a pizza wheel Penny Farthing kicks off the story. The interior concept offers guests a fun and charming experience that entertains with both classic touches and modern twists. Bamboo pendant lights greet you at the door and a custom ladder bar sets the stage, rich wood tones and leather seating provide a sense of warmth and comfort while turquoise tones dance between the glass pendant lighting, patina’d copper trim and cozy bar seating.
